Upside Downsize is committed to protecting your privacy and handling your personal information in accordance with the Australian Privacy Principles set out in the Privacy Act 1988 (Cth).

We collect personal information that you provide to us directly - for example, when you complete our contact form or get in touch by phone or email. This may include your name, contact details, suburb and the details of your enquiry. We collect this information so that we can respond to you and provide our services.

We do not sell your personal information. We only share it where necessary to deliver our services (for example, with removalists or trusted providers you have asked us to engage), or where required by law.

Our website includes an AI assistant. If you choose to use it, your messages are processed by Cloudflare’s AI service to generate replies, and any details you share through it - such as your name and contact details - are handled the same way as our contact form and used only to respond to your enquiry. We do not use your conversation to train AI models.
